Race2Adventure has teamed up with Uthando South Africa to raise funds for phase 2 & 3 of the construction project at Goal50 Early Childhood Development Centre in Heideveld, Cape Town!
In communities like Heideveld, high-quality Early Education Facilities & After School Programmes are few and far between. Goal50 ECD changes this narrative, fostering solid educational foundations & providing safe spaces for 300-500 youth each year!
The facility will comprise of an ECD, a day care, an afterschool space which will include a library, an IT lab for primary and high school students, and a kitchen offering breakfast, lunch, and supper.
The draw card is that this educational facility is being built entirely out of waste materials collected from depots and landfills around Cape Town! #takingcareofpeople&planet
